ECTI Association · Thailand
ECTI CON is the annual international conference of Thailand’s Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association. This archive keeps the 2017 and 2018 editions, their papers, speakers and programmes in one connected record.
The 2017 and 2018 submission systems are closed. The academic record, programmes and author guidance remain online. Browse both editions.
ECTI CON brings together electrical engineering, electronics, computing, telecommunications and information technology in a single annual forum. The archive preserves both surviving conference sites as usable, searchable records.
The fifteenth edition convened in Chiang Rai with nine technical tracks, five keynote addresses and a programme spanning power systems, robotics, signal processing and quantum communication.
The fourteenth edition met at Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa, with four keynotes, three special sessions and a technical programme across the association’s nine research areas.
Both editions followed the association’s core disciplinary structure. The tracks below are drawn from the original calls for papers.
Semiconductor devices, RF and wireless circuits, sensor networks, photonics, VLSI design, biomedical circuits and embedded systems.
Computer architecture, computational biology, machine intelligence, mobile and distributed computing, and software engineering.
Bio and medical engineering, ontology, business systems, information retrieval, data mining, electronic commerce and health informatics.
Communication theory, antennas and propagation, channel analysis, microwave techniques, modulation and network design.
Adaptive and learning control, mechatronics, robotics, medical measurement and sensors.
Power systems, high voltage engineering, insulation, renewable energy, energy policy and planning.
Power devices, power quality, switching circuits, smart grids, photovoltaic materials and solar cells.
Digital signal processing algorithms, filter design, speech and language processing, image and video processing.
Work that connects these disciplines or extends them into emerging applications.
Each edition followed a similar route. Start with the original call, prepare against the author guidance, then use the programme record to see how the work entered the conference.

2018 programmeThe original website included a professional development article alongside the conference record. It is retained here with the same subject, corrected for clarity and connected to the rest of the archive.
Workday combines cloud services for finance and human resources with a broad learning offer. The original article examined its Learning Center, certification paths, customer community, service engagements and the discipline of keeping up with product releases.
The subject sits outside the conference programme, but the theme is familiar to every technical community: structured learning, recognised credentials and shared practice are part of how a field advances.
Read the field noteThe page is part of the original site record. Its two source organisations are linked from the article.
Return to the conference archiveThe first ECTI conference took place in Pattaya in 2004. By 2017 the event had reached its fourteenth edition; the 2018 meeting was the fifteenth.
The about page sets out the association, the IEEE record numbers and every past edition held between 2004 and 2018.
